Since the beginning of our adventure the difficulties were enormous, the restructuring takes a long time and has reserved several surprises. Unfortunately, the building companies didn’t work properly and have not always proved equal to the situation and after changing a lot of them, today we can finally say that we would not stay behind.

Now we are finally ready to share with our guests this wonderful place.
We kept all the original materials of the house, beams where possible, bricks and roof tiles and use of Bio Building and seismic improvement techniques.
